Greater Firelands FC Program Information

Children interested in taking the next step will find our club program welcoming to new players. We take a holistic, step-by-step approach to help each player reach their full potential both on and off the field. Our success is built on club culture, work ethic, and teamwork, and we continually emphasize these values with both players and families.

Program Dates & Location

Sofios Park in Norwalk, Ohio
Please arrive 15 minutes before start time for check-in.

• October 15 | 5:30–6:45 PM → Birth years 2012–2017
• November 4 | 5:30–6:45 PM → Birth years 2007–2011



Club Program Details

• Program Length: Winter-only or Winter & Spring sign-up options
• Levels Offered: Developmental & Academy
• Practices: 2–3 days per week
• Games: 6–8 league games each season (Saturday or Sunday)
• Tournaments: 1 included in program fee; additional tournaments optional

Placement is initially determined at tryouts. Once finalized, families will receive the complete winter and spring schedules.

Winter Season

• Dates: December 4 – March 19
• Developmental Tournament: Indoor Travel Cup (March)
• Academy Tournament: Indoor Classic (January)

Spring Season

• Dates: April 2 – June 18
• Developmental Tournament: Louisville Memorial Day Tournament
• Academy Tournament: Creek Classic
• Additional Tournament: Ohio State Cup
