Our Commitment to Coaching

At Greater Firelands Soccer Association, we recognize that quality coaching opportunities can be difficult to find in our region. Rather than seeing that as a limitation, we see it as an opportunity.

Our goal is to create a culture where every coach, from first-time recreational volunteers to experienced competitive coaches, has access to practical education, mentorship, and resources that help them become more confident every season.  We believe that when coaches grow, players thrive.

Built for Recreation Coaches

You Don't Need Years of Experience to Make a Difference.

Many of our coaches are parents who simply said "yes" when their community needed them.  We'll help with the soccer knowledge and you bring the enthusiasm.  Together, we'll create a fun, positive environment where every child can fall in love with the game.
